Firstly I used my new background stamp Abstract Background from My FavouriteThings stamping it using VersaMark onto Pink Pirouette card from Stampin' Up! I then used gold embossing powder from SU and heat embossed it. I then made 1 3/4" squares which were raised on foam tape on the card.
I used my Bold Butterfly framelit from SU and a Project Life card to create the butterfly. I then die cut two 'happy's' one in Night Of Navy and the other in gold glimmer paper, both from SU, and adhered these together only on the first 'p' and slightly off centre then adhered to the butterfly and then to the peg. The peg was then adhered using Glue Dots from SU.
Inside Pink Pirouette card was die cut using the large stitched die from the Blueprints 15 set and the largest die from the Stitched Rectangle set in white. A gold glimmer heart was added using the Bitty heart punch.
The 'birthday' was stamped in Night of Navy, and layered onto same colour card, both rectangles die cut using the Rectangle Stitched die set.
Why not head over to the MFT blog and check out other people's cards and projects.
See you tomorrow with another card. Take care of you.
