Pals Paper Arts Weekly Challenge

Admittedly I find I struggle to follow prescriptive sketches, you would think it would be easier lol.  Must be how my brain processes and what parts of my brain are clicking in that I find being entirely imaginative a lot easier.  That said creating this card using this paper collection was always going to be delightful.

White space, or in this case Very Vanilla, isn't usually part of my card making style but I am respectful how this card requires 'clean'. I think today's card is ultra clean lol.

The circle underneath the butterfly is watercolour card and is thicker and has a texture to it whereas the paper is flat so this was important to me to create this difference.  The brad is from my stash, which is expansive lol, but I can't remember where it comes from.

The "you" was die cut twice, once in the Very Vanilla and once in the same paper as the smallest flag on the front of the card.  These were layered together using Glossy Accents.  The butterflies on the envelope were stamped in Tip Top Taupe which I am in love with.

Well I hope you have enjoyed today's card and why not go over to the Pals Paper Arts blog and check out others folks cards, simply click

See you tomorrow with a new card, if you like this leave a wee comment, I love to hear what you are all thinking.  Take care of you.
