Mini Monochromatic Series

Hello and welcome to Day 3 of my series of 5 showing how I have used Stampin' Up!'s Project Life cards Love Story and created cards.  If you missed Day 1 and Day 2 simply scroll down, easy peasy.

Sequin and a silver embossed flag have been added from the Love Story accessory pack and a Tim Holtz sticker also.

Again I have used the 6x4 cards on the outside and 4x3 cards on the inside, this inside card has been layered onto black Bazzill card stock and then a silver foil punched heart added for embellishment.

I love black and white, elegant and a fab classic.  I hope you have loved seeing today's card and come back tomorrow for another card.  Take care of you.

#tgifc12 Weekly Challenge

Today's card has many of my favourite things; Dotty Angles stamped the entire length of the page from Stampin' Up!, this is stamped in Antique Linen Distress Ink and die cut using Blueprints 15 die set from Die-namics, "happy" from the 'Hello You' die set from SU die cut in Whisper White and the bottom card is also WW die cut from B15 set.

I wanted a very light background yet despite owning more than 100 ink pads I struggled with what I wanted, even this ink is darker than I would have liked.

I have used a Project Life card die cut using Stitched Rectangles from Die-namics and a silver embossed flag which was stamped with my SU Woodgrain stamp then heat embossed with silver embossing powder, also from SU.  The silver peg is from my stash and adhered with Glue Dots from SU.  The "happy" is simply held in place by the peg.

For the inside layer I chose Very Vanilla from SU die cut using Stitched Rectangles, stamped a sentiment from SU and again die cut this using Stitched Rectangles.  This has been raised on foam dots.

The entire page is on Dimentionals as is the middle rectangle and the butterfly.  The card has been embellished with silver sequin and rhinestones.  The envelope is Very Vanilla and stamped.

I hope you have enjoyed this card.  See you tomorrow hopefully with another exciting and inspiring card.  Take care of you.

Daffodil Delights

I don't normally use a lot of yellow but today I just felt the need and I thought it complimented my embossed background wonderfully.

The Dotty Angles stamp from Stampin' Up! was stamped with VersaMark the entire length of the page then heat embossed with white embossing powder.

Daffodil Delight card and base then die cut using..... can you guess? Blueprints 15 lol!  I also used the circle die, which stitch cuts inside and out to make the flowers.  I used a 1 3/4" circle punch from SU to punch out the outer circle.  This was raised on tiny wee foam dots with the middle once stamped raised on double height foam dots.  The stems were die cut using Flower Fair set with the same tiny foam dots placed behind each leaf.

Inside Daffodil Delight ribbon added along with the sentiment and flowers on the envelope are from the Flower Patch stamp set from SU.  I  used the Project Life die set for the sentiment and Blueprints 15 for the white base.

The "hello" is from Hello You die set from SU.  This has been adhered in part with Glossy Accents.  The  flowers are stamped in Basic Black and Strawberry Slush.   Sequin and rhinestones added to embellish.

More playing once I get some housework done lol.  See you all again soon.  Take care of you.
