Graphic 45 Two Tier Cards

It seems like a while since I have posted onto my blog or have made anything crafty.  There are some new Graphic 45 collections coming out soon and I thought I should try and use up what I have  before I can justify spending more money on new collections.

So today I have drawn inspiration off Pinterest and YouTube and found a fab two tier card, which I loved, so here they are.

These fit nicely into regular C6 envelopes and behind the larger tier is plenty space to write your sentiment.  I have left them blank so they will fit any purpose.

I have used a variety of paper and cut outs from the Couture collection 12x12, 8x8 and 6x6 paper pads.

I hope the new owner loves them as much as I do.

Thanks for dropping by.  Take care of you.

Graphic 45 Meets Stampin' Up!

Hi all.  This week end I have been busy, busy, busy.  First I completed my Mother Goose mini and on Saturday night and today I made another easel mini album.  Although quite simple they still take around 3 hours to make due to all the fussy cutting, layering and assembly.

The background paper is Stampi' Up! and the embellishments are from the 'Couture' collection from Graphic 45.

The frame is cut using my Sizzix Eclips.  The roses are I Am Roses.

All the pages and embellishments have been distressed using Black Soot Distress Ink.

Ever page is constructed from poster board, which is extremely sturdy.

Here I have used the tag top punch and silver ribbon, both from stampin' Up!

This stamp is En Francais from Stampin' Up!, I love this stamp so much.

I still need to attach a Tim Holtz easel to the back so it will stand up alone and I will be embellishing it further will lots of Glossy Accents for sparkle, layers and dimension.

I hope you love this like I do, there are so special to make.

Take care of you.

Mini Album using Stampin Up and Graphic 45.

Yesterday I was inspired by many wonderful mini albums I have recently seen online.  So I made my own and actually I am really proud of how it has turned out.

I used the back of an old glass photo frame, painted in with white gesso leaving it look shabby chic style.  I then used a Modern a Medley collection from Stampin Up for all the background, a Prima tag (also roughly pained with gesso) stamped with En Francais from Stampin Up and Couture from Graphis 45 for all the embellishments.

I used my Sizzix Eclips to make this frame then ran the cream card through an embossing folder to create the pattern.  The embossing folder was from Sizzix and I used a Big Shot, also Sizzix.  The flowers are I Am Roses, which were secured using my hot glue gun.  The oval above the punch is a a Stampin Up punch and the sentiment is from the Couture collection.

The ring binder is from Tim Holtz Ideology collection.  I usually make albums then give them away as presents or as commissions for customers but this one is all mine.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my album and that it inspires you to create something wonderful too.

Take care of you.

Project Life Storage System

Hi all, hope you are all well.

This past weekend I have been busy completing more of my Project Life album.  I also felt I really needed somewhere to store all my cards and trinkets and had a look online.  But then I thought nnnaaaa! I will make one myself.  So I did.

I used Couture collection by Graphic 45 and I love it.  I have also had a few folk ask if I could do a tutorial, so I did this too.

This is the back and side.

I used both the 12x12 and 8x8 paper pads and also did some fussy cutting to embellish it in front.

Here are a few photos with it under construction.

Lots of fun and I cant wait to order PL from Stampin' Up! when it hits the market.

Take care of you.

Old Style Writing Desk using Graphic 45

It's been a while since my last blog, this working full time for a living is just not on, lol.

My mums birthday was in April and I made her this.

The writing desk comes in a kit by Candy Box Crafts.  The paper is Couture by Graphic 45.  Mainly I used the 12x12 pad, but also used some from the 8x8 pad and 6x6 coordinating pad.

My mum loves it so I am very happy.

Thanks for dropping by.
