Purple Princess

Is there anybody out there?  Lol

Good afternoon to my faithful bunch of blogettes hope you are all having a blog tastic weekend.

Today I have been playing with my new Stampotique stamps and having too much fun so thought I should bring it down and put it all into my blog, not that I don't enjoy blogging but hey typing or stamping mmmmmmm hard choice haha xxx

I hopelessly kept forgetting to take pictures so I will have to ramble instead.

I started using all my blue Gelatos blending them in until I was happy.  I'm not a huge perfectionist and happy with my cards being a bit rough n ready, a bit like me haha.

I then stamped using the Hearts stamp and used my big brush pens to ink up.  Being Indian ink they don't smell and you have a wee bit of time before they dry so perfect for stamping.  If you have a large stamp or want to use different colours simply give it a huff and aaaahhhhhh and your good to go.  Pretend your a Spice Girl and you will know wht I mean about the aaaahhhh lol.

Yaaaah I took a photo!  Hearts stamped with the Cobalt Turquoise.

I then used the round stamp from Dylusions using the Pthalo Blue for contrast and added some white polka dots using my white pen.

I then embossed my glamorous gal using black powder and coloured her in with all my watercolour beauties.  I only have a few pink/purple Aquarelles and more Inktense but I usually buy a few singly and new PITT big brush pens every payday :).

I couldn't decide which purple I wanted for the quote so I used all the purples I had in my big brush pens, cut them out and randomly adhered down and drew around them with a white pen.

Ta-da.  Isn't she gorgeous?

Big smiles to you all

Pauline
